Santa Cruz Mountains

light pink dahlia blossom with bee dripping from rain

Santa Cruz Mountains

Wintry World

Lake Tahoe, CA

South Lake Tahoe public beach in winter

Even a land-locked lake like Tahoe can produce significant surf in winter when the wind is up.
